Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
Nests high on a roof edge look like they should cost more to reach. The price is fixed at £120 per nest regardless of height.
Gardens, trampolines and paddling pools tend to be placed near the house. If a nest sits above them, here is how to keep children safe until the technician comes.
Residential care homes, nurseries and clinics look after people who may be less able to move away from a wasp, so a nest on the grounds needs prompt, quiet attention.
A nest in the roof space often announces itself with noises before anyone sees a wasp, and how you react in those first days affects how safe the house stays.
Moving into a house in autumn or winter can mean discovering a previous summer’s wasp nest, and a short, calm checklist is all you need to deal with it.
“I noticed a wasp nest forming under our roof tiles and didn’t want to risk tackling it myself. Wasp Exterminators Kent came out the same day, treated it in under 30 minutes, and we haven’t seen a single wasp since. Very professional and friendly service – highly recommended!”
Sarah M. – Maidstone“Very happy with this company I work in a nursery and we had a wasp nest in the garden near to the door, they were with us within the hour and sprayed it, would recommend these.”
