Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
When wasps suddenly appear indoors or someone is stung, you need action that day. Same-day service is offered at the same fixed £120 for a nest.
Wasps and bees look alike at a glance, but the right response is different, and calling the wrong specialist wastes time during a busy season.
A grey ball high in a tree looks harmless from the lawn, but reaching it means a pole, a ladder or a hose, and each one takes you closer than is sensible.
A chimney is warm, sheltered and full of nooks, so wasps sometimes nest in it and then appear in the room below, usually near the hearth or ceiling.
The most common DIY attempts on a wall nest tend to either fail or push the wasps somewhere worse, so it helps to know what to leave alone.
